HOW DOES IT WORK?
Cloves are manually loosened from the bulb. They are then fed into the stainless steel receiving tray where they fall into a chute into the machine. They are then automatically peeled utilizing compressed air.
This gentle, non abrasive method ensures a high quality product which resembles a hand peeled product. The cloves peeled in this manner last very well and present a visually appealing product when bottled in oil or brine.
The machine is also suitable for production in small batches. A separate dust collector can be set up to eliminate fines from the garlic peels, which results in an improved work environment. It also keeps the inner peeling area clean.
